You could ask me how could i say so but when i have the evidence sure it is a thruth.Recently i was going through some blogs and I came through some blogs about phantom votes.Its surely shocking.A person with age 120 years old is having votes.Does election exist before MERDEKA? As i know the voting age is 21 years old but all this numbers are truly shocking/shocking/just mental.
